John DePalma's Story
John DePalma built his career over more than two decades in management consulting and industry, rising through leadership roles of increasing responsibility, accountability, and influence. He began by conceptualizing and launching a startup systems integration company in Silicon Valley, managing a $15 million book of business across the technology, media, and telecom sector before stepping into senior leadership at firms including Capgemini, Slalom, and North Highland.
In 2014 he founded JCD Consulting Group, a management consulting company built to make a meaningful difference for the people and clients it served. There he developed a Consulting for Good philosophy, treating sustainability as a lever for profitable transformation. Today, John channels that same purpose into Pure Enterprises Corp and Touching Hearts at Home, where he turns personal experience into compassionate, community-centered service. He holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
